A new CRM space, production progress for each order item, and Flow links help organize your daily work. The update also improves order views, image vectorization and Konfi Cloud.
August brought new tools for customer management, production planning, and project preparation. We have also improved search and navigation within Konfi.
The new CRM space combines contacts, activities, and sales opportunities. From the customer record, you can now more easily navigate to related work and check the interaction history. Lists are easier to navigate, with pagination and collapsible tips.
You can track production beyond the overall order status. You can track the progress of individual items within order details and the production view. If your team does not use this information, you can hide its display.
Configure ready-made order views and sort results from all list pages. Changing the sorting preserves selected filters, and rule counters refresh while you work. We have also improved data copying from order details and item configuration editing.
Link Flow tasks with orders, quotes, customers, and other documents. Thanks to these links, it is easier to move from a customer request to the work associated with it. We have also streamlined shipment and WZ document automation.
Design Studio allows you to convert images into editable vector elements. We have also improved editor responsiveness and preservation of source image edits. In the product photo manager, you can generate images with AI, and file tools help classify files.
We have organized Konfi Admin navigation and improved search and form behavior. Validation errors are now easier to locate. Browsing the store remains available even while the next page is loading.
The Cloud dashboard loads faster after sign-in. Team invitations and other forms more clearly indicate when a save is in progress, whether an operation succeeded, and what to do after a failed attempt.
