The AI assistant now has one shared workspace, and Outlook messages help you prepare order and quote drafts. September also brought product change reviews, more convenient payment handling, and imposition improvements.
In September, we focused on time-consuming tasks: transcribing information from emails, preparing products, and resolving payment issues. We also expanded our tools for preparing files for print.
Assistant conversations and tasks are now available in a single space. Background tasks show progress, requests for review, and any encountered blockers. AI budgets help you control the usage of these tools.
Once you connect Outlook, you can prepare an editable order or quote draft directly from an email thread. AI matches the customer and suggests products. Before saving, you can verify the data in the form and make any necessary changes.
Product automation prepares proposals for review. You can check changes and price tables before they are applied. Configuration questions appear in the language of the conversation, and versioned price tables remain consistent from catalog to purchase.
In Konfi Admin, you can now handle store orders that are stuck in payment verification. Payment history now includes pagination, and you can reconcile individual Stripe refunds. Order status and ready-for-pickup emails are sent in the language of the order.
We also improved purchase retries and cart handling after interrupted payments. One-time promotions are now verified at checkout.
Imposition tools have gained scaling settings. We have improved preservation of design dimensions and geometry, as well as print file exports.
You can create a customer directly from order details. We have improved order and quote editing, totals, production updates, and product table performance. Deleting a product updates the list immediately, and selected configuration resources can be deactivated while preserving their history.
Retrying a plan payment now uses an open payment session instead of creating a new one. We have improved team invitation handling and domain configuration. Billing, domains, and workspace settings are now available to owners and admins with access to all channels.
